Meet Koti, the head trainer at PBB who has been an integral part of the team for the past 3 years
Her dedication and enthusiasm have made her a beloved member of the PBB community. Koti is highly involved in classes at the PBB Fulham studio, as well as at KXU and SKC, where she shares her expertise and passion with the PBB clients. As one of the PBB pre and postnatal specialists, Koti brings her skills to create safe and effective classes for all clients. Her presence on the PBB app is equally significant, where she inspires and motivates all PBB At Home app clients to achieve their fitness goals. For Koti, PBB is more than just a job or workout routine, it’s a community of people coming together to create a positive and uplifting atmosphere. With a background in ballet and dance, Koti expertly fuses her training with Barre and Pilates to create classes that strengthen and align bodies, moving in a graceful flow.
