Summer is now in full swing...so how about doing our Bikini Body Bliss class. So funny, as this is the class I taught Korin the first time we met when I visited London last spring. Now fast forward 1 year and we are good friends have a web based business together. Bikini Body Bliss is my "go to" class to teach when I guest teach Master Classes at other studios. Its the perfect combination of my signature style. Both featured flows were also apart of my "Flow Dynamic Pilates" 2018 workshops. This class truly is appropriate for all levels. I have taught this a million times and find it is easy to find simple modifications for all levels.
