Who needs a new leg day workout? I’ve got you covered! This class is my new obsession. It’s so dang good that could not wait to film and share! This class starts with a very classical #pilatescadilac warmup to prepare the body for a serious leg battle then the class ends with the most yummy full body stretch. This class truly does it all. If you have tight hips and legs this class is a must. Yes it’s a leg workout but it also has the most rewarding cool down EVER.
