Need to find some balance in your life? Then this class is for you. This intermediate to advanced level class is lots of fun and super unique. It is classified for for intermediate/ advanced people due to the balance skills, however I taught this multiple times to a beginners and advanced clients and everyone did great. You will need a sitting box and a pair of hand weights.
