Taking Flight / British Pound

Taking Flight is high energy class designed to get your heart rate up while making you feel as though you are about to take flight! This 70 minute class features 2 mega flows, The British pound (at the 17:00 minute mark) and Taking Flight (at the 29:00 minute mark). Both flows compliment each other well. When teaching a group class I (Tiffany here) often cut the warmup down to 6 minutes to stay within 1 hour. When doing my own workout I like to do the entire 70 minutes. Both mega flows are great on their own if you want a quick workout. You will need a small blue ball and a sitting box for this intermediate to advanced level class.
