Get ready to shake the good shake with this fun 20 minute Athletic Barre Sculpt Class. You will need a Barre or chair, Booty band and a pair of medium weight hand weights.
Improve your push ups without doing a single push up! You will need a sitting box or bench and a pair of heavy hand weights (8-15lbs)
Get ready to sculpt and burn in under 30 minutes! You will need a barre or chair, a pair of light (3-5lbs) and medium (8-12lbs) hand weights and a soft pilates ball.
