Add a little magic to your workout with "Reformer Magic". This class can be appropriate for ALL levels. This is my "go to" class when I have a mixed group of clients. The flows all begin simple / easy and slowly build in difficulty. Everyone from your newest client to your most advanced client will enjoy this class. Class length is 55.
