Join Erica for this all levels, pre and postnatal friendly, full body reformer workout! You'll start with a flowing spinal warm up, which moves into a dynamic core and glutes series, Flow to front rowing variations t strengthen the upper body, move to full body front and lateral lunge series, then to a modified side plank series to strengthen the obliques and ending with some feel good side body stretches.
