Natalie Dell

Natalie has been working as a Yoga teacher for over 8 years and has added Pilates and Hypopressives to her training.
She specialises in Pre and Postnatal recovery and loves helping women get back to their full strength after pregnancy and birth.
She has a focus on the core and pelvic floor and has completed many extra courses in this field, so she can best help her clients with their recovery.
She used Pilates and Hypopressives to add her own postnatal recovery after the birth of her first child and now loves helping women do the same.

Outside of her teaching she loves being active with her two sons and teaching them to make exercise a part of their everyday life.
