  • Postnatal part 1

    Elizabeth is back and 3 months postnatal as she leads us through a 1 hour mat workout. You will need a mat, foam roller and a set of hand weights.

  • Cadillac Restore

    Join Elizabeth for a 35 minute Restorative Cadillac/Tower Class. Either a full Cadillac or Tower will work for this class.

  • Postnatal Reformer with Elizabeth

    Join Elizabeth for a 30 minute Postnatal / Basic Level Reformer class. This class is appropriate for pregnant, new moms or those simply wanting a quick basic level class. You will need a reformer, soft pilates ball and 1 hand weight.

  • Rehab Postnatal One with Cat

    This 50 minute rehab class is for those first steps after baby. Think of this as the preparation to get you ready for postnatal exercise. As always, please check with your medical practitioner that you have the all clear to exercise.

    You will need a soft pilates ball.
