    Power Jump incorporates heavier spring tension jumps to help strengthen your muscles and bones! Its super important to mix in heavier resistance for clients over 35 to help promote stronger bone density. This class is very challenging yet still appropriate for clients of ALL levels! Today you will need a reformer, jump board and pilates ball.
