    My Mix n Match series are circuit based workouts, where you can repeat the circuit as many times as you like, or you can mix them up with my other circuit classes to add more variety. This class requires just your mat and loop resistance bands (you can also tie a long resistance band together or can be done without) and focuses on those booty burning moves. Each circuit is around 15 minutes long, so you can choose to do as many rounds as you like.
