ABOUT THIS PILATES CLASS
Join Korin for and upper body and core focused dynamic matwork class with a well deserved stretch at the end aiming to lower cortisol levels. We will also practice the 4-7-8 breathing for 3 minutes at the end to promote a calm mind and body.
