    ABOUT THIS PILATES CLASS 
Get your full body sweat on with Korin! This class is split into three sections, the first part is a cardio blast on the bosu (or box) the second part we focus on lower body with heavy weights and the third part we focus on upper body with medium weights. A great class combination class! 
NOTE: YOU CAN USE A BOX IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A BOSU.
