This 40 Minute Long Box flow does it all and will definitely have you working outside of the Pilates box . Add your favorite warm up and cool down for a complete workout. You will need dumbbells and a sitting box for this workout.
This 48 minute flow works the entire body and hits every direction plane. This is my "go to" flow when I have little time for class prep. All it needs is your favorite cool down and you have a perfectly well rounded class.
