This 30 minute Bosu class will work your entire body in every direction and leave you sweaty and invigorated. All you need is a Bosu and light weight hand weights.
This 20 minute Bosu Sculpt class will have you sweating in no time. You will need a Bosu and a pair of medium hand weights. This class is great on its own or at home or added to a reformer class.
