    Side Car Bad Ass Booty is a 50 minute full body flow. All you need to do is add your favorite warm up and cool down and you have a full class. I personally like to warm up with Feet In Straps and cool down with Eve's Lunge.  This class is appropriate for ALL LEVELS. Each set starts simple and slowly builds so you can pick your own pace. You will need heavy Dumbbells and light dumbbells,
