    I call this "HOT" because I was dripping with sweat during filming.  You will need 2 dumbbells (8-12lbs each) and a small Pilates Ball. This class is appropriate for ALL levels. Each flow progresses in difficulty from easy to super hard. Simply stick with the progression you are comfortable with.

Snow Day (1hour)
