Flamingo Bosu Jump will deliver it all! A whole of HIIT action coming your way with a lot of Flamingos sprinkled throughout the entire class. This class is 65 minutes long with a 10 minute Wunda Chair Flow. If you do not have a Wunda Chair no big deal, just skip the Flow and your workout will still be 55 minutes. This class is advanced, however it slowly progresses from a moderate to advanced level. Our advice is to only try the variations appropriate for your own body.
