My Mix n Match series are circuit based workouts, where you can repeat the circuit as many times as you like, or you can mix them up with my other circuit classes to add more variety. This class requires just your mat and focuses on those deep abs as well as a good upper body burn. Each circuit is around 15 minutes long, so you can choose to do as many rounds as you like.
