Mix n Match Chair

My Mix n Match series are circuit based workouts, where you can repeat the circuit as many times as you like, or you can mix them up with my other circuit classes to add more variety. This class requires just your mat and a chair and combines high and low intensity moves to challenge your strength and cardio fitness. Each circuit is around 15 minutes long, so you can choose to do as many rounds as you like.
