    Want to turn up the burn factor in your workouts? Get ready for "Burn So Good". I am using some ankle weights in this class, though it is not mandatory. However if you want to get a little extra burn I recommend buying some. I found mine on Amazon. This 1 hour class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Enjoy my friends!
