Lady Long Box is a staple flow in Tiffany's classes as it literally targets everything. This 20 minute flow is a perfect addition to any 1 hour class or is also great on its own of you only have 20 minutes to spare.
The Slow Burner is a slower paced class that is designed to BURN and sculpt gorgeous long lean muscles. As we all know, moving slow does not mean its easier. For this intermediate level class you will need a small Pilates ball and a sitting box.
