Join Cat for this 30 minute pregnancy reformer class, suitable for the third trimester.
This 50 minute rehab class is for those first steps after baby. Think of this as the preparation to get you ready for postnatal exercise. As always, please check with your medical practitioner that you have the all clear to exercise.
You will need a soft pilates ball.

This second class focuses on the fundamentals that will help regain inner strength and connection after baby and work you safley towards postnatal Pilates.
You will need a small block or step.
For that final hurdle of pregnancy, when you want to move to feel good.
You will need a Band, Ball and Block or Soft Cushion.
