Join Elizabeth for a 35 minute Restorative Cadillac/Tower Class. Either a full Cadillac or Tower will work for this class.
Join Elizabeth for a 30 minute Postnatal / Basic Level Reformer class. This class is appropriate for pregnant, new moms or those simply wanting a quick basic level class. You will need a reformer, soft pilates ball and 1 hand weight.
