Standing Tall lead by Elizabeth Kunzer is a perfect class option for beginners and advanced pilates goers. The movements are slow yet very challenging. Sometimes slowing things down means turning the heat up! You will need a Pilates Box, small ball.

Join Elizabeth for a 30 minute Postnatal / Basic Level Reformer class. This class is appropriate for pregnant, new moms or those simply wanting a quick basic level class. You will need a reformer, soft pilates ball and 1 hand weight.
Join Elizabeth for a 40 minute pre/postnatal reformer class. Elizabeth is an expert on all things pregnancy as she is not only a Physical Therapist & Pilates teacher, she is also a NEW MOM.
This class is ideal for new moms, expecting moms or those new to the reformer.
