This class is tough, it’s gonna burn but to be honest it is actually quite doable in a group mixed level reformer class. EVERY sequence progresses in difficulty. Yes 90% of the class is performed on 0 springs but the majority of it is done kneeling with only 2 progressions ending standing (which is optional). The beauty of this class is the fact it is straightforward and simple to teach and follow however it 🔥🔥🔥!
