Jumping Outside the Box will definitely take you outside the Pilates box! This 57 minute jump board class can easily be modified to accommodate most fitness levels. Tiffany teaches this class to non leveled classes in her studio and finds it very easy to modify when needed.
You will need a sitting box, magic circle and a jump board for this class.
