This is my favorite warm up. I include something similar in most of my reformer classes.
You will need a soft Pilates ball. I highly recommend the ball I am using, Togu from Balancedbody.com

This 20 minute Bosu Sculpt class will have you sweating in no time. You will need a Bosu and a pair of medium hand weights. This class is great on its own or at home or added to a reformer class.
