Little Black Dress [ LBD ]
We know this time of year is a busy time for all, but that’s no reason to slack off on your workouts! We all need that extra energy and extra strength during busy periods, so not only will maintaining your Pilates fix make you look and feel better, but you’ll also be on top of your game too at a time when you need it the most.
So, with that in mind we have designed shorter, effective classes (Matwork on Mondays and Reformer on Wednesdays) ranging from ten minutes to thirty minutes, so that you will aways have time to squeeze in your YOU time with us.
All of the classes are categorised to target specific body parts, such as arms, core and legs, (all the parts you want to show off in your party dress!) so that you can do the classes stand alone or join them together for a longer workout if you have time!
