Erica Bell

Erica is the owner of an at capacity & waitlisted home studio in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. She is passionate about women’s health & wellness and specializes in working with mamas during & after pregnancy. In addition to her home studio, she has a successful side career as a Pilates educator, teaching pilates teachers how to work safely with moms in her Pre & Postnatal Pilates Intensive.

In her past 9 years of teaching, she’s worked with clients of all backgrounds from the super fit to those with special needs including pre/post natal, osteoporosis, cancer recovery, injury recovery, and chronic back, neck, and shoulder aches and pains. Working with such a wide variety of clients helped hone her skills as an instructor and informed her science-based & athletic approach to programming pilates workouts. She enjoys the challenge of providing workouts that are still challenging and athletic despite client injuries or limitations. Her classes are flowing, functional, thoughtful, and full of variations that will make you feel the burn! 

She is thrilled to be part of the Dynamic Pilates TV platform and looks forward to inspiring your Pilates practice!
