    You will need a Barre or chair, a Bosu and a pair of medium weight hand weights (8-12lbs)

    You will need a pair of medium (8-10lbs) and heavy (12-15lbs) hand weights. Please note one pair of medium weights is fine.

  • Full Body Sculpt 1

    Join Tiffany for a 20 minute full body sculpt class. Who said flowing was just for the reformer? This HIIT style class consists of 3 full body flows that target every muscle making it an efficient yet effective express class.

  • Upper Body Blast- Chest & Back

    This 15 minute class strengthen the chest and back. Tiffany recommends following up this class with her Getting Cheeky class for the ultimate fusion!
    Suggested props:
    light weights: 3-5lbs
    medium weights: 8-10lbs
    Heavy weights: 12-15lbs

  • Daisy Duke Legs

    This super fun 16 minute class fuses the Bosu and TRX for the ultimate lower body workout! Tiffany suggests following it up with with her Upper Body Blast: Chest & Back for the ultimate workout.

  • Barre Band Summer Shape up

    A great way to warm up in this standing series at the barre. Use either a chair or a wall if you don't have a barre.
